I have been a professional artist most of my life.  Starting out I was a newspaper illustrator and my editors tasked me to create compelling images of famous people in an artistic way.  Although I am much better known in the art world as an impressionist landscape painter, my personal enjoyment was the portraits.  Over the years I have creagted a whole new world of art collectors who only know me for the portaits I paint.  My studio is in Hollywood, California so I am literally surrounded by the famous faces of celebrity.  Enjoy my blog and comment frequently.
